AFIXFAST in South-Africa

CAPETOWN - The EPC contractor WEBMECH has signed an authorized distributor agreement for AFIXFAST and AFIX integrated scaffolding solutions. Having two branches in South-Africa in Capetown (West-Cape) and Midrand (Gauteng), the company serves the mining, petrochemical, oil & gas and other industries with bulk fuel storage, LNG, piping and chemical solutions.
Hands on supervision
WEBMECH's CEO Juandre Brilleman got acquainted with AFIXFAST scaffolding materials in the Madagaskar based industrial construction of Ambatovy in 2020. As quality is the main driver for their engineering & turnkey solutions, Webmech was pleasantly delighted with the AFIXFAST system scaffolding productivity and load capacity of the materials. For their industrial clients such as BP, Engen, Total Energies, Bidvest Tank Terminals, ... only safe and durable solutions are at stake, and that's where AFIX Group becomes a strategic partner for scaffolding constructions.
Services for new & maintenance projects
- With specialist knowledge in building new bulk storage tanks according to API650 and other codes, WEBMECH gained experience in various tank types. Also tank repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing bulk storage tanks according to API653 codes are frequent assignments.
- For mechanical piping, WEBMECH offers services for high-pressure and low-pressure carbon and stainless steel piping installation, modifications and repairs according to ASME and SANS codes.
- Being well equipped to offer fabrication and erection services in structural steel works , WEBMECH erects loading gantries, support structures, walkovers, tank bridges and buildings.
- With over 30 years’ experience in offshore and onshore corrosion control and the application of specialized coatings and painting related to new (EPC) and maintenance work in Petrochemical, Energy mining and other industries, WEBMECH is a reliable partner.
