AFIX system scaffolding is manufactured in accordance with EN12810-12811. 
High-quality S355JOH steel with an increased yield strength of min. 400 N/mm² is used to elevate the quality to a higher level.

AFIX Group processes high-quality steel in its scaffolding range:

  • S355J0H steel is stronger and can better withstand heavy loads
  • 10 mm rosette thickness instead of the market standard of 9 mm
  • Scaffolding with above-average wall thickness of 3.2 mm
  • Scaffolding decks manufactured from steel with environmentally-friendly self-healing coating
  • Standards and support ledgers with high corrosion resistance due to full-dip galvanising

AFIX system scaffolding is extremely durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, even in harsh environments. 

STANDARD &
CUSTOMISATION

AFIX Group manufactures two ranges of multi-directional scaffolding. Both ranges are EN-certified and provide maximum safety for scaffolding construction at a height.

  • AFIX FAST X52 system scaffolding is manufactured using top-quality S355JOH steel with an increased yield strength of min. 400 N/mm²
  • AFIX FAST X37 scaffolding is manufactured using standard S235JR construction steel

Both ranges are expanded on demand with customised scaffolding products.

As an OEM - original equipment manufacturer - AFIX Group also manufactures scaffolding components that are marketed by third parties.
