The Lightweight Aluminium Stair Tower is an innovative comfortable access solution designed for construction, industrial sites, infrastructure projects, and event setups. This modular stair tower integrates seamlessly into scaffolding structures, providing safe and efficient vertical access. Featuring a deck foundation, four steel standards, aluminium stairs, guardrails, and a resting platform, the stair tower is assembled on outriggers, either in the same or opposite walking direction, ensuring adaptability to diverse site conditions. The lightweight aluminium construction facilitates quick assembly and disassembly, while the available stair widths of 0.64m and 1.03m provide flexibility for different space requirements. Our Emergency Stair System is an advanced and highly adaptable evacuation solution, engineered for fast, secure, and reliable access in construction sites, industrial facilities, public spaces, and event venues. Designed for rapid evacuation scenarios, these emergency stairs are available in two configurations: lightweight aluminium stairs (0.66m or 1.03m) for standard load capacities and heavy-duty steel stringer stairs (1.03m - 3.57m) for high-traffic public use. The modular design allows for easy expansion with resting platforms, child-friendly guardrails, and alighting treads, ensuring maximum safety and comfort. What are stair towers? 
Stair towers are vertical structures consisting of several floors connected by stairs. They are often used on construction sites to give construction workers safe access to different levels of the building. Stair scaffolding is used in combination with scaffolding structures or cranes to raise materials and tools. 

Which stair towers can be distinguished? 
Stair towers with integrated ladder access are incorporated into a construction and offer quick access to a higher floor via a hatch and ladder. More comfortable, aluminium lightweight staircases are mounted inside or as an annex to the scaffolding structure. In addition, there are public stair towers, which also include emergency staircases to quickly evacuate a large audience. Stair towers can possibly be moved on wheels, in which case we speak of mobile scaffolding. 

Are Afix Fast stair towers safe? 
Afix Group manufactures its own scaffolding components at Afix branches in the Netherlands and Turkey. These production centres apply ISO and CE standards. All scaffolding components comply with European standards EN 12810/12811 and are inspected by independent inspection centres such as NF, NASC, TUV, ... 

Can I only buy stair towers or also rent them? 
In every subsidiary, stair towers are offered for sale or for rent. The minimum rental period for stair towers is 4 weeks. However, special arrangements can be discussed based on your specific needs. Thanks to our large stocks and our own transport services, we can often deliver to your desired location within 48 hours. Of course, you can always collect your reserved scaffolding and stair towers from our depot. 

How much load can stair towers carry? 
The maximum load capacity or bearing capacity of a stair tower varies according to the system and set-up. Calculation notes have been drawn up for standard constructions that include the load class. For non-standard constructions, please ask our staff for advice. 

Can I get a quote for renting or buying stair towers?
