Construction Shrink-wrapped scaffolding
AFIX system scaffolding guarantees safe access for construction and/or renovation jobs.
Contractors and scaffolders appreciate the strong masonry scaffolding that increases site productivity. AFIX scaffolding also facilitates working at a height with roof and lifting scaffolds, and protects public areas via passageways.
ADVANTAGES
- High-performance, wear-resistant, durable, strong S355 steel
- Strong connections for heavy loads up to class 6
- Increased corrosion resistance and hot-dip galvanised
- Modular, combinable, quick assembly/disassembly
- Certified according to international equipment standards EN 12810/12811
SCOPE OF USE OF SHRINK-WRAP FRAMES
The scaffolding frame serves as a support structure to which shrink wrap is applied. When subjected to hot air, the shrink film takes on the shape of the scaffolding structure, eliminating the effects of the weather and/or dust.
- Shrink-wrap frames fit any standard-width system scaffolding
- Telescopic extendable elements for fast rainwater drainage
- Cantilever prevents direct penetration of rain, sun glare, snow or hail
- Limited dust dispersion during renovation work, sand blasting activities
- Sealed shrink-wrap frames can be heated to eliminate frost
Scaffolding constructions with shrink wrap can also be fully pre-assembled on the ground. After securing all the components, the tower/mobile crane can position the scaffolding at working height using lifting accessories.
