the rosette

AFIXFAST system scaffolds are built around a central ring, also known as rosette or coupler. This 10 mm thick metal disc contains 8 lasered openings into which a locking wedge or spigot fits.

Scaffolding components such as diagonals, consoles, ... are clamped around the rosette each 45 degrees. The rosette thus allows very flexible 360° assembly.

The rosette is connected to the wedge head into which the wedge is inserted. By striking the wedge, the wedge head presses against the standard and both scaffolding elements are firmly connected. AFIXFAST rosette connections are EN-compliant and can be loaded up to class 6.
