AALTER - AFIX Group from Aalter has international ambitions. To realise these ambitions Stephan Hillaert was hired as group CCO chief commercial officer. The role of CCO is a crucial link to complete the management team. Stephan Hillaert will be active at various levels. He also found the time to explain his new position at AFIX Group.
Marketing oriented
Stephan Hillaert (47) lives in Heusden near Ghent and is economically trained with a focus on management and marketing.
His professional career started at RICOH where he quickly became Director Marketing & Communications Belux. Afterwards, he entered the world of passenger lifts. First at Thyssen Krupp and later at Otolift where he was Managing Director France-Belgium.
Commercial boost
Stephan Hillaert has built up a lot of professional experience and pursues the 4C principle of open and honest communication. In addition, he finds control, creativity and commitment (dedication) important points of attention. He has the energy and flair to drive the AFIX Group towards added value creation and excellence in the future. In his capacity as CCO AFIX Group, he takes on the following responsibilities:
