Infrastructure Hanging scaffold

In public and infrastructure works, modular system scaffolding is assembled for both standard and complex constructions. Indoor and outdoor, high or hard-to-reach infrastructures can be accessed quickly and safely.

APPLICATIONS

AFIX custom scaffolding is assembled for construction, expansion, maintenance or conversion work on:

  • Bridges
  • Roads
  • Tunnels
  • Public roads
  • Ports and airports
  • Rail traffic
  • Shipyards, etc.

ADVANTAGES

  • Efficient and versatile scaffolding system
  • Can be combined with various scaffolding accessories (castors, lattice beams, outriggers, etc.)
  • Can be integrated in or expanded to existing structures (stair towers, shrink-wrap frames, etc.)
  • Premium S355 steel, EN 12810/12811 and DIBT approved

SCOPE OF USE OF THE HANGING SCAFFOLD

In the case of a bridging distance greater than 7.70 m, lattice beams are connected in series. The bridge can be achieved using wall plates against a permanent wall, between standards or even on a roof, bridge or high-rise structure with ballast.
A shrink-wrap frame is also integrated, depending on the nature of the work.

> A complex mobile hanging structure is possible

For the renovation and repair of bridge infrastructure, there is a budget-friendly scaffolding solution with lattice beams and castors. If one section of the scaffolding structure is assembled to be mobile, instead of the entire bridge, the renovation is completed in steps and the scaffold is moved along accordingly. This saves a lot of material and a lot of assembly and disassembly time.
