Construction Masonry scaffolding
AFIX system scaffolding guarantees safe access for construction and/or renovation jobs.
Contractors and scaffolders appreciate the strong masonry scaffolding that increases site productivity. AFIX scaffolding also facilitates working at a height with roof and lifting scaffolds, and protects public areas via passageways.
ADVANTAGES
- High-performance, wear-resistant, durable, strong S355 steel
- Strong connections for heavy loads up to class 6
- Increased corrosion resistance and hot-dip galvanised
- Modular, combinable, quick assembly/disassembly
- Certified according to international equipment standards EN 12810/12811
SCOPE OF USE OF MASONRY SCAFFOLDING
New construction or masonry scaffolding are typical scaffolding configurations on the outside of a house facade. With extendable outriggers, support ledgers and masonry outriggers you can quickly build a safe and stable work floor at a height, which can be loaded up to class 6 (maximum 500 kg/m2).
> Scaffolding construction methods
Contractors involved in masonry work allow the scaffolding to grow in line with:
- Masonry work: building materials are delivered via a mobile/tower crane
- Structural work: at a height the scaffolding serves as fall protection, building materials are supplied via a wheelbarrow/construction lift/platform
> The Belgian masonry scaffold
- 1.09 or 1.40 m wide
- Work floor with standard steel floors (load class 6)
- Standard with a rosette distance of 50 cm
- Access metric floor levels at a height via stairs or ladder set-ups
- Seal off recesses and protrusions with extendable outriggers
