Construct Scaffolding Ltd assembles temporary roof for Amey Rail Division

LONDON CENTER - Afix Group UK Ltd in collaboration with Construct Scaffolding Ltd, successfully completed a remarkable temporary roof project at the Temple Mills Eurostar Engineering Centre in London.

Rail system expert Amey Rail Division, approached Afix Group UK Ltd with a specific challenge.
A solution was required that would facilitate uninterrupted concrete pours regardless of weather conditions. With a stringent timeline in place, it was imperative to find a scaffolding system that could ensure productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Located at the Temple Mills Eurostar Engineering Centre in the UK, the project demanded precision and efficiency. The task at hand was to install a 40.00 m long x 27.0 m wide temporary roof system to create a watertight enclosure. This enclosure would allow the construction of a new hangar intended to increase the capacity of train servicing works.
