Article 1: General terms and conditions
The website of Afix Group NV, a NV with registered offices at Durmelaan 20, 9880 Aalter, Belgium, BE 0842.430.350 (hereinafter 'the entrepreneur') offers its website visitors the opportunity to view news, products, services and promotions.
These General Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the Consumer to properly assess the offer. If the Entrepreneur makes use of pictures, they are truthful images of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer are not binding on the Entrepreneur. The offer is always valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by the entrepreneur at any time. The entrepreneur cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.

Article 9: Proof
The Consumer accepts that electronic communications and back-ups can serve as proof.
Article 10: Applicable law - Competent court
Belgian law shall apply, with the exception of the provisions of private international law concerning applicable law and the Rome I Regulation on international sales contracts relating to movable property. In the event of any disputes, the courts in Bruges shall have sole jurisdiction.
